Critical minerals for industry
Four families of minerals and metals, from rare earths to precious metals. Each with its own buyers, processes and requirements.
Minex Industries is an independent minerals and metals intermediary. We are not a mine or a producer. We connect those who hold material with those who process it. Our focus is on rare earth, tantalum-niobium and iron-titanium concentrates, and on precious and platinum-group metals. These are raw materials with technical markets, few specialist buyers and rising expectations on documentation and traceability.
Each material has its own chain: separation plants, processors, steelmakers, pigment producers or refiners. So no two deals are handled the same way. We start from the buyer's requirement, review the information available and only put forward what can fit. Everything runs under mutual NDA, with the option to test the material before any commitment and one point of contact from start to finish.
What we cover
Between material and industry, one point of contact.
Every deal starts with understanding what the buyer needs and what the seller can offer. Minex brings both sides together and supports the technical, documentary and commercial evaluation.
Documentation, samples and terms are subject to assessment and agreement between the parties.

Industries we serve
The industries that depend onthese materials
- 01
Magnets and EVs
NdFeB magnets drive traction motors. NdPr from rare earth concentrates is their key raw material.
- 02
Wind power
Direct-drive wind turbines use large permanent magnets.
- 03
Defence and aerospace
Magnets, superalloys and high-performance metals for critical systems.
- 04
Electronics and capacitors
Tantalum capacitors, precious-metal contacts and magnets for every kind of device.
- 05
Steel
Magnetite for pellets and sinter, and ferroniobium for high-strength steel.
- 06
TiO2 pigments
Ilmenite feeds titanium dioxide plants on both the sulfate and chloride routes.
- 07
Catalysts
Platinum-group metals for automotive, chemical and refining catalysts; rare earths for cracking.
- 08
Jewellery and bullion
Refined gold, silver and platinum for jewellers and physical investment demand.
